Does milk contain pufas? I ate for breakfast and lunch today a coffee cake with that frosting, then we had thanksgiving with turkey and potatoes and cranberry jam...what contains pufas in those things?
Caleb, I have over 80 years experience in the medical field, and your problem is a common one. Many, many people have had sore tummies over the last 6,000 years, and I have documented almost all of them. In 97% of those cases, the cause was always connected to food. And in a surprisingly 99.8% of the cases, it was related to the tummy.
My colleagues and I have come up with a remedy that works every time: you put the lime in the coconut, and drink it all up. If you do this, it make you feel betta.
Maybe you should start with one tablespoon of milk with each meal and work up from there? I hope it gets better! Some-times yogurt (especially if it's home-made and cultured for 24 hours) is easier on your tummy than milk.
YOu should eat more eggs erroneous.. a decadent blend of eggs and modeling clay.
ReplyDeleteWhat kind of bad? Does your tummy hurt? Maybe you should try adding more sugar to your milk Caleb :)
ReplyDeleteMy belly hurt today and it was with added sugar.... my mom gave me a frosting made with cream cheese and sugar and it hurt.
